All orders accepted by Richard Pearce are subject to the following terms and conditions.
PRINT DESCRIPTIONS
Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the prints and paintings available for purchase, this does not guarantee a perfect reproduction of the original as scanning techniques, individual screen sizes and settings will alter individual colour reproduction.
To help you make your selection approximate sizes of all prints and paintings have been included. These are for guidance only and should not be taken for exact measurements.
Some prints are described as 'Giclee' editions. This is a new printing technique which can give higher quality results than conventional lithographic printing. COPYRIGHT
In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist. No copying of the work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial, is allowed without prior agreement in writing from the artist. PRICING
All goods offered for sale though this web site are priced in Pounds Sterling Value Added Tax.has been included in the price
Payment of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the customer. Any customs, taxes or import duties will be levied once the package reaches its destination. As customs policies vary from country to country you are advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
Prices include postage and packing. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed in this store supersede any others previously quoted.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
If paying by credit card you will receive an automatic reply confirming your transaction.
If you decide to pay by cheque your purchase will be confirmed once payment has been received.
DELIVERY
All delivery charges are included
All orders are accepted subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that prints/paintings which have been sold are removed from the site as soon as possible, some delays may occur. Should this happen you will receive a full refund.
If more than one print is purchased your order may arrive in several packages dependent upon size and availability.
All orders should be dispatched within seven working days of receipt and should be received by you within 14 working days dependent upon your location and choice of postage. If you do not receive your goods within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it, or if it is damaged in transit, you will get a full refund when returning the goods. The greatest care is taken to ensure that prints/paintings are checked prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or is wrong, please contact me as soon as possible. I will then accept its return and either give you a refund or a replacement and cover your postal costs. If you are unhappy with your print or painting and wish to cancel your order you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the goods are returned to me in their original packaging and in their original undamaged state. Please ensure that the goods are insured for the full purchase value as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement if they are damaged during return postage. Once the item has been returned I agree to refund the original purchase price in full. Any postage expenses incurred will also be refunded provided that you send me proof of postage and a suitable invoice detailing your expenses.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If possible inspect your package thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for it.
YOU MUST make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the courier may not consider a claim for damage. However, in order for them to do so the contents and original packaging must be retained for their inspection.
If it appears that your purchase has been damaged in transit:
*Contact me as soon as possible.
*Keep the original packaging for inspection.
*Contact the Courier for a DAMAGE INSPECTION REPORT.
*Request that the Courier returns the damaged goods once they have been inspected.
PRIVACY POLICY
Richard Pearce respects your privacy and will not trade or rent your name, e-mail address, address or phone number to any third party other than where necessary to fulfill orders. Any information you provide is strictly confidential.
